Self-regulation is an explainer video for middle school educational platforms. In this video, we
showed that Self-regulation refers to the self-directive process through which learners transform
their mental abilities into task-related skills. The video is 10 minutes long, so I left only the parts
where my animation is. Have a nice watching.
